A Thrilling Action Comedy.

This action comedy follows the escapades of two brothers from Samoa who find themselves in New Zealand on a work visa. When one brother steals the other’s pay, the betrayed sibling enlists the help of his cousin to track him down in a classic cat-and-mouse chase filled with laughs and excitement. The challenge was to strike a balance between the lightheartedness of comedy and the adrenaline-pumping thrills of action while incorporating cultural motifs and imagery inspired by the Pacific Islands.

The results.

To create a unique visual identity, we employed a vibrant colour palette that harmonises the comedic and action elements. Subtle Pacific motifs and patterns were integrated into the design, paying homage to the culture without overpowering the overall aesthetic. We crafted a bold and exaggerated logo that amplifies the sense of action while adding a comedic twist. This combination results in a dynamic and culturally rich visual identity that seamlessly captures the essence of both genres, inviting audiences to enjoy this entertaining journey.
